Qualifications

Completion of 2 year technical degree or equivalent equipment service experience.
3 years of experience in a Facilities environment preferred; entry-level considered if highly qualified.
Knowledge of electrical equipment and Building Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building controls).
Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase availability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and diagnose problems.
Participate in reliability centered maintenance and long-term equipment reliability efforts.
Mentor teammates and share knowledge to drive improvements.
