Job summary

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama, operating on a dedicated-site basis inside the facility in Birmingham. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 2nd shift, generous pay, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama.

This is a dedicated-site position, meaning you'll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each day—no traveling from customer to customer, no overnight travel, and you'll be home every night.

Whether your experience comes from forklifts, diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, fleet maintenance, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or plant maintenance, we want to hear from you.

If you can diagnose equipment, solve problems, and take pride in quality repairs, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

You'll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment, including:

• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues
• Repair or replace worn and damaged components

• Communicate repair recommendations professionally
