Job summary

Configure is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, chillers, air compressors, and related plant equipment at our Ada, OH facility. The role supports production uptime and efficiency by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and coordinating with the plant team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, and strong problem-solving and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshooting injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Awareness of safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Independent work style with good time-management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills for diagnostics and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Address repetitive disturbances to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with production teams and leaders to prioritize maintenance work.
• Inspect equipment and document status and repairs accurately.
