Monoflo Molding International is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment. You will diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems, read schematics and blueprints, and coordinate parts and vendor support to minimize downtime.

You will also train production technicians, maintain asset history, and support after-hours needs, contributing to KPI targets for machine utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with plastic injection molding equipment.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Proficient reading of hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Solid computer usage for data collection and analysis; clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment; after-hours remote support available.

Responsabilités

• Reduce downtime via root cause analysis and efficient troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor machine performance to meet KPI targets for utilization.
• Schedule PM and repairs within production timelines.
• Coordinate vendor visits and parts purchases; work with service vendors on frequencies.
• Maintain asset inventory and MRPO work history; manage requisitions and POs.
• Perform building maintenance as needed; operate forklift, crane, and aerial lifts.
• Train production techs on processing, machine controls, and automation.
• Troubleshoot molding process parameters causing defects; use manuals for diagnosis.
