Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary training preferred.
• Must be physically capable of entering and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Troubleshooting and analytical ability.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Experience operating mobile equipment like forklifts and man lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and overhauls on equipment.
• Repair heat exchangers, tanks, screws, elevators, and boilers.
• Work safely following company safety policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
• Cross-train across facility areas as required.
• Work at heights and in potentially hazardous environments.
