PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for onsite work in Somers, WI. You will support the operation, preventive maintenance and repair of filling, packaging and related equipment, while coordinating with supervisors and vendors.

You will perform mechanical, electrical and pneumatic repairs, manage PM schedules, and maintain manuals and inventory. A strong ops mindset and ability to adapt to evolving duties are essential.

Competenze

• Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic repair experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with vendors and managers.
• General computer and email competency.
• Experience with automated labeling, filling and palletizing equipment is desirable.

Mansioni

• Perform general maintenance projects, preventive and emergency.
• Develop and administer PM schedule.
• Update PM checklists with Maintenance Manager.
• Create library of parts and operating manuals for equipment.
• Maintain maintenance tools and parts inventory.
• Recommend equipment and parts for PM projects.
• Operate heavy equipment including fork trucks.
• Operate power tools such as drills, saws and grinders.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment and facilities.
