Job summary

Norfolk Iron is seeking a maintenance technician to service a range of production equipment at our Garland, TX facility. You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

The role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and ability to read blueprints and schematics. Competitive benefits include immediate PTO, monthly bonus, and a corporate healthcare plan.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug test and background check.
• At least 6 months experience working on production and heavy equipment.
• Be motivated and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform scheduled maintenance on machines, forklifts, cranes and more.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic equipment and machinery.
• Follow blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings while performing maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Track issues and PMs.
• Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment.
• Other duties may be performed as assigned.
