Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage in Dodge City, KS is seeking a maintenance technician to service and optimize production line equipment, including conveyors, case erectors, sealers and scales.

Starting pay is $25-$27 per hour, experience and PLC skills preferred; you’ll repair motors and gearboxes, perform electrical work, and support daily building maintenance while collaborating with production leaders to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC highly preferred.
• Professional certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• PM, repair and adjust production line equipment including conveyors, case erectors, sealers and scales.
• Maintain, repair and replace motors and gearboxes.
• General building maintenance including light electrical.
• Occasional repairs on material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with production leaders to improve equipment and line efficiency.
