Job summary

VOAOHine products? No – VOAOHIN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building and grounds upkeep across multiple locations. You will handle routine, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of maintenance, facilities, construction, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
