Job summary

Michael Development Corp in Inver Grove Heights, MN seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle work orders, plumbing, appliances, heating and A/C repairs, lock changes and minor electrical tasks. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with an on-call rotation approximately every four weeks, and you must bring your own tools.

Responsibilities include estimating repair time, performing preventive maintenance, completing turnaround work, and assisting with seasonal duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well as a team.
• Must pass background check.

About this position
