Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in DeLand, FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required and you will be responsible for grounds upkeep, unit prep, and on-call emergency maintenance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; EPA certification is beneficial. Competitive benefits are offered including medical/dental/vision and an employee discount.
