You will perform grounds upkeep, prepare apartments, handle work orders, and respond to on-call emergencies while delivering excellent resident service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Running work order tickets
• On - call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents
