Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with two years of relevant experience or completion of a technical training program or job certificate.
• Experience in maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering and mechanical repair.
• Ability to obtain required licenses or certifications and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance in alteration, maintenance, and repair of state facilities.
• Oversee offender workers and follow supervisor directions.
• Paint surfaces and equipment, patch plastering, carpentry on furniture/doors/windows, plumbing tasks, and simple electrical repairs.
• Operate tractors, mowers, skid steer and other grounds equipment.
