Trinity Property Consultants in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to act as an advanced technical leader on the property. You will diagnose complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues and lead larger repair projects.

This role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, EPA and CPO certifications, and a strong safety mindset. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance while delivering reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience required).
• Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
• Perform advanced panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements within code.
• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
• Coordinate vendors for specialized work.
• Manage supply ordering and cost control.
• Lead emergency response and on-call service.
• Mentor and train Technician I and II team members.
• Enforce safety standards and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive personal tool kit.
• Complete all required compliance and technical training.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
