Zusammenfassung

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production lines and perform preventative maintenance. The role includes seasonal facility upkeep, waste management, and maintaining 5S and training program compliance.

You will identify parts, ensure safety standards, and perform other duties as assigned within a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. A High School Diploma or GED and relevant maintenance experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience or related instruction in industrial maintenance.
• Strong communication across departments.
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Capable of safe maintenance of equipment, building and grounds.
• Ability to prioritize daily/weekly work.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC.
• PIV training and certification.
• Aerial lift training and certification.
• Basic PC skills including Windows.

• Support and service of production lines within the facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
• Seasonal external facility maintenance.
• Waste management and simple routine facility maintenance.
• Identifying parts and materials needed to perform duties.
• Maintenance of 5S program.
• Maintaining compliance with training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience, or related instruction in maintaining industrial equipment, automation or product repair.
• Ability to effectively communicate across departments.
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to safely and proficiently perform maintenance and related activities of equipment, building, and grounds.
• Ability to prioritize daily and weekly work assignments as needed.
• Demonstrated knowledge in OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC.
• PIV training and certification.
• Airial lift training and certification.
• Knowledge of basic PC functions including Windows knowledge.
