YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Maintenance Assistant III to support Building Operations across multiple sites. The role maintains HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, performs repairs, painting, carpentry, and minor renovations, and supports safety and security of facilities.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, a PA driver’s license, and background clearances. Occasional vehicle use and event IT setup are involved.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required.
• Act 33/34 clearances, fingerprinting and criminal background checks are also required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across multiple sites.
• Perform general repairs, painting, minor renovations, and carpentry.
• Replace light bulbs, locks and perform small electrical repairs.
• Operate building systems and ensure safety and security of staff and visitors.
• Maintain building service logs and work orders; assist IT setup for events.
