Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a nursing center in Wayne, PA. The role is full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including minor repairs, HVAC filter changes, and stocking supplies to keep the facility clean, safe, and well maintained.

Candidates must have high school or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry, with preferred experience in HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
• Changes filters on HVAC equipment
• Carries, lifts and stocks supplies
• Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence
