Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on process equipment within a cGMP environment and associated facilities.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and SCADA, interpret diagrams and PLC code, provide operator training, assist with changeovers, and support continuous improvement initiatives; overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Rockwell, Aveva/Wonderware, Siemens, Emerson or B&R.
• Ability to read diagrams, PLC code, and schematics.
• Proficient with Maximo or SAP CMMS.
• Able to lift and handle equipment change parts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on process equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems.
• Interpret diagrams and PLC code.
• Document work in CMMS per cGMPs.
• Train operators on setup and minor repairs.
• Oversee equipment upgrades and 5S in areas.
