Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the Cleveland, NC site. This full-time role offers 1st and 2nd shifts, roughly 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance, complex troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and CMMS documentation.

Requirements include 4+ years in equipment maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and CMMS.
• Troubleshoots mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, boilers, etc.).
• Maintains patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts).
• Maintains mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, piping, electrical).
• Conducts preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals.
