Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I–III for our Shelby, NC facility. The role supports routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on industrial HVAC equipment under supervision.

The position requires basic mechanical knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and adherence to safety procedures. Training in CMMS and crane operation is provided where needed, with opportunities to advance within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred for II/III role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment under supervision.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs led by experienced mechanics.
• Record completed tasks in CMMS and maintain clean work areas.
