Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to maintain and repair facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components. The role requires a High School Diploma, EPA certification, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be physically fit, able to handle various maintenance tasks, and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet.
  • Push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain guestrooms and public areas, ensuring a well-kept property.
  • Repair boilers, plumbing, HVAC equipment including refrigerants.
  • Complete maintenance tasks from work orders.
  • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
  • Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
  • Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate parts.
  • Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests.
  • Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests.
  • Conduct building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn and operate within the different property‑specific computer platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Details

Full-time – 1st Shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring a well‑kept property.
