Job summary

Taney County Partnership in Branson, MO seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other mechanical systems across our properties. The role includes repairs, inspections and contributing to special projects to uphold quality and safety standards.

The 1st shift runs 8am–4:30pm. Candidates should have a strong technical background, be able to read blueprints and manuals, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or related fields desired.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other mechanical systems.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure extended periods of standing, walking or bending.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties and equipment to keep them in top condition.
  • Conduct inspections on resort units before guest arrival to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and determine repair or replacement strategies.
  • Install new equipment and systems as needed to keep facilities running smoothly.
  • Participate in special projects such as flooring, painting, drywall, power washing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, framing and related maintenance.

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and take charge of repairing and operating our plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other mechanical systems. You will also work on exciting special projects and new construction to ensure our company’s properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
