Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I at our upcoming St. Louis Healthcare Laundry facility. The ideal candidate is confident, decisive, communicative, and committed to performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, adjustments, overhauls, and preventive maintenance on laundry and boiler equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues promptly.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, welding, and electrical tasks as needed.
• Train maintenance staff and assist in installation and building maintenance.
• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure safety protocols and record-keeping are followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic skills; boiler experience preferred.
• Leadership ability to guide maintenance team.
• High School diploma or GED, with two years related experience.
• Plumbing and welding skills; own tools required.
