The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance, focusing on safe and efficient operations, and will contribute to safety and technical training programs.

Qualifications

• Trade school graduate OR 8 years of related experience.
• At least 4 years of maintenance experience, specifically in plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Analyze and contribute to special projects like tenant construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems with limited supervision.
• Participate in training programs for personal development, safety, and technical skills.
• Operate HVAC equipment including chillers, air handlers, and environmental control systems under supervision.
• Maintain HVAC equipment and test life/safety systems such as emergency power, sprinkler, fire alarm, and medical alarm systems.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous needs, maintaining logs.
• Analyze and contribute to special projects like tenant construction, cost-saving proposals, and manpower development.
• Work extended hours during emergencies if required.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• Trade school graduate OR 8 years of related experience
• At least 4 years of maintenance experience, specifically in plumbing

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and tools
• Ability to work with the public and team members
• Computer literacy
• Ability to wear PPE
