Job summary

ROSS Companies in Cheverly, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to help ensure resident comfort, property upkeep and reliable building operations. This is a full-time, on-site role with an hourly salary of $20.00 to $24.00.

The position requires 5+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical system work, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies. Training and certifications are encouraged where possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC repair and preventative maintenance of individual or central plant equipment, appliance, plumbing and electrical systems and repairs, fire safety equipment and repairs, supervision and preparation of apartment turnovers and flooring installations.
• Ability to assist and follow instructions in the performance of all maintenance repairs and duties independently, professionally and in a timely responsible manner.
• Initiative and motivation to continue training to develop skills, preferred (i.e. license and certifications).
• Good organizational and time management skills. CFC - Type 2 may be required.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
