Qualifications

• Experience with installations and repairs across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints for efficient installation of systems.
• Estimate labor and materials for work orders.
• Install and repair a variety of materials (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Maintain facilities, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Respond to emergencies after hours to address safety concerns.
