Job summary

Dexter Magnetic Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure reliability of production and facility equipment. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs while adhering to safety standards to minimize downtime and sustain high production efficiency.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum of 2 years in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections on the facility and operations equipment.
Carry out regular preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment to mitigate risk and reduce downtime.
Change coolant, oils, and other fluids according to established schedule in CMMS and by following manufacturer recommendations using maintenance manuals and drawings.
Diagnose, repair, and replace worn parts during assigned work.
Ensure that all safety standards and policies are followed while completing assigned duties.
Maintain and report accurate records of work activities within CMMS system.
Provide detailed and accurate reports of work activities and progress to Facilities Manager, including requesting parts or supplies.
