Job summary

Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple facilities and equipment, ensuring reliable operation of industrial systems.

You will work in a team to proactively improve infrastructure, processes, and procedures, handling preventive/predictive maintenance and attending to emergencies. You should have a high school diploma or GED, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, and ability to read drawings; Spanish/English bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment (hoists, HVAC units, pumps).
• Troubleshoot rectifiers, PECs, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
• Respond quickly to production interruptions and emergencies.
• Assist with facility upgrades and projects.
• Apply Six Sigma/5S/Lean to improve maintenance processes.
