Job summary
Bonfiglioli Usa Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to join our manufacturing team in Kentucky. You will perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
This role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and PLC skills, experience with ABB robots, VFD drives, and paint delivery systems. You will mentor Level 1 technicians, complete work orders, and support continuous improvement efforts to reduce
Qualifications
- Associate degree or completion of a craft apprenticeship plus 4–6 years related experience.
- Proficiency in electrical schematics and programmable controllers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with welding, soldering, and machining skills.
- Safety-first mindset with lock-out tag-out experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform troubleshooting under production pressure.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
- Operate ABB robots, paint delivery systems, and VFD drives.
- Lead line improvements with process engineers.
- Mentor Maintenance Technician Level 1 and track work orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and attendance.
