Qualifications

Associate degree or completion of a craft apprenticeship with 4–6 years of related experience.
Proficiency in advanced maintenance and electrician duties; understanding of solid-state circuitry and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, diagnose PLC problems, and operate electrical testing and machining equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude; adept with hand and power tools, welding, soldering, grinding, lathe and mill operations.

Responsibilities

Preventive maintenance: perform routine tasks and promote safety compliance to minimize downtime.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment including electrical, PLC, servo, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, ABB robots, and paint systems.
Ensure zero safety-related issues by following lock-out tag-out and safety protocols.
