Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Trade or vocational training in blueprint reading, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrivity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, painting and repairs to ensure a safe, attractive environment.
• May repair and paint building exterior; maintain interior/exterior lighting; schedule and expedite work orders.
