Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems across the community. You will manage and complete work orders, ensuring timely and quality service for employees and residents.

On-site role requiring strong customer service, English literacy, and familiarity with Life Safety regulations. You may participate in the on-call rotation, assist with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, patching).
Knowledge of HVAC; familiar with tools and equipment.
Knowledge of Life Safety, OSHA, MSDS and Healthcare regulations (preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; PMworkx experience preferred.
Valid Colorado driver’s license in good standing.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

Diagnose problems and make repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
Complete community work orders and ensure timely completion for staff and residents.
May perform and log monthly fire drills; ensure fire extinguishers are in good repair and dated.
Ensure overall compliance and documentation of the Community maintenance function.
Assist with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
