Distribution Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment and facility systems at our Dallas site.

You will perform planned maintenance on MHE, conveyors, sealers, and packaging lines, while documenting work and coordinating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools.

Qualificações

• Three years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MHE, conveyors, stretch wrappers, and case sealers.
• Perform predictive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment using ultrasound, infrared thermometer, and multimeter.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, preventive maintenance records, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager on complex equipment repairs, vendor support, facility projects, and major maintenance activities.
• Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and minor construction projects as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Safety, IT, vendors, and management to support facility and equipment needs.
