Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and support base building systems in the facility.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, preventative maintenance, work-order management, mentoring junior technicians, and fostering strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of repair experience with material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventive maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; able to manage documents.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and document activities; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems in MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close work orders; track labor hours, maintenance, and parts; manage inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to develop skills.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility.
