Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, patient-centered service, and collaboration with contractors. Requires strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, plus flexibility for after-hours work when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (Joint Commission, HIPAA).
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Complete and record all maintenance work orders accurately.
• Perform routine non-licensed electrical inspections and troubleshoot equipment.
• Replace outlets, switches, lighting, and coordinate major electrical repairs with a licensed electrician.
