Carrier-Charlotte is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, and lead small projects. You will maintain records and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely, reliable repairs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and familiarity with blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required.
2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or facility environments.
Able to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures.
Lead small maintenance projects or guide junior techs.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
