Job summary

Crane Company seeks a Maintenance Technician II to install, maintain, and repair plant infrastructure, utility systems, and production equipment with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep across the plant.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance with HVAC experience.
• Training in electrical and mechanical trades.
• Ability to read schematics & blueprints; knowledge of hazardous waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring for power and lighting.
• Maintain plumbing systems and plant equipment to manufacturer specs.
• Perform general facility maintenance including HVAC, boiler, and interior/exterior tasks.
• Keep general records and handle tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Work with hazardous materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
