The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely response to service requests. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Certifications relevant to the region (EPA 608, Boiler, plumbing, electrical) expected within 9 months of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and ensure property safety and cleanliness.
• Diagnose issues, repair systems, and coordinate with contractors on complex projects.
• Deliver world‑class service to residents and respond promptly to service requests.
