Job summary

Williams seeks a Maintenance Technician II to join our Tulsa team. You will operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in our headquarters, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting tenant requests and daily operations.

You will gain exposure to advanced building systems, work with experienced teammates, and develop your technical skills in a safety-first culture. A strong background in HVAC and relevant licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent from Vocational/Technical/Trade school or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the HVAC industry including installation, repair or maintenance.
• Must have Mechanical journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma OR a State Boiler Operator license and a first class limited Engineer's license.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Responds to tenant requests in a courteous and efficient manner and reports unresolved issues to leaders.
• Takes readings on equipment regularly, analyzes readings, and makes adjustments as needed.
• Maintains and operates chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• Solves problems with building fire and energy management systems.
• Inspects and tests elevators, fire pumps, generators, CO sensors, and other facility equipment.
