As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll work alongside a team of technicians to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems that keep our headquarters building running safely and efficiently.

In addition to performing routine maintenance and system inspections, you'll respond to tenant requests with professionalism, helping ensure a productive and comfortable workplace.
Through collaboration with experienced team members, you'll gain exposure to advanced building systems and tools while continuing to develop your technical skills.
Strong communication, accurate documentation, knowledge of building operations and HVAC systems, and an unwavering commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

Required: Two (2) year degree from Vocational/Technical/Business school or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; a minimum of three (3) years experience in the HVAC industry to include installation, repair or maintenance.
