Job summary

Williams is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the daily maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in our headquarters in Tulsa. You will work with a team to ensure safe, efficient operation and respond to tenant requests with professionalism.

You will gain exposure to advanced building systems, document readings, and uphold a strong safety culture. A two-year HVAC / technical degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent HVAC experience.
Minimum three years of HVAC field experience.
Mechanical journeyman license or State Boiler Operator license and first class limited Engineer's license.
EPA refrigerant certification.
Valid State Driver's License with clean record.
Strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Respond to tenant requests courteously and report unresolved issues to leaders.
Take readings on equipment, analyze data, and adjust as needed.
Maintain chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
Inspect elevators, fire pumps, generators, and energy management sensors.
Be flexible with shifts, after-hours work, and on-call rotations.
