Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and a safety-first mindset.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Repair/maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Conduct property walks and safety checks.
• Assist with apartment turnover and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
