Job summary

Kobe Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse seeks a Maintenance Technician II to keep Kobe stores, restaurant equipment, and facilities running safely across West Coast Florida, including Brandon, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.

You will report to the Facilities Manager and handle routine repairs, equipment installation, roofing and AC work, and emergency maintenance while upholding Kobe safety standards and local codes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
• HVAC knowledge is beneficial.
• Must follow safety procedures and codes.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Facilities Manager for daily tasks.
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance across locations.
• Installs and maintains equipment and facilities, including roofing and AC work.
• Troubleshoots issues and determines corrective actions promptly.
• Ensures compliance with Kobe safety standards and local codes.
• Handles emergency and unscheduled repairs as needed.
