Job summary

RedPeak is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for its Downing Central property in Denver, CO. You will perform hands-on maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety tasks to keep our community in top condition.

You will also help schedule work, manage vendors, and ensure resident safety and satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in multifamily maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to use Yardi work orders.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent training.
• 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance or similar.
• Certifications in HVAC/EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day property conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor management, and oversight of the property.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties as required.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and comfort for residents and staff.
• Install, maintain, and monitor security systems and access controls.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and complete required trainings.
