Job summary

RedPeak in Denver is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep apartments safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll handle drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks and support the Service Supervisor with scheduling and vendor oversight.

Your strong technical skills, reliable transportation, and commitment to resident service will help deliver high-quality maintenance and security across the property.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent training in a related field.
• 1–2 years in multifamily maintenance or similar.
• HVAC/EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues with cost-effective, long-term solutions.
• Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs; assist with grounds.
• Coordinate quality of work with outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain on-call rotation for emergencies and respond promptly to requests.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
