Job summary

RedPeak is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our apartment communities in top condition in Denver, CO. You will handle general and preventive maintenance, including drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC, while supporting the Service Supervisor with scheduling and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, timely responses to service requests, and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service to interact with team and residents.
• Track record of quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance repairs (drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliances, HVAC).
• Assist with scheduling, vendor management and oversight of the property.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and comfortable living spaces for residents.
