Novo Nordisk is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to improve systems and equipment reliability in our Durham, NC facility. You will support safe operations, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with process owners to enhance performance.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent, 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in regulated solid dose manufacturing, and experience with SAP documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent training is required.
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing industry experience.
• Minimum of three years in regulated solid dose manufacturing.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience training new hires on SOPs, PMs and SAP.
• Ability to plan/organize work and manage daily work plans.
• Maintenance Technician II JQR completion and promotion board approval.
• Experience documenting maintenance in SAP is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
• Follow SOPs and PMs in duties.
• Develop and establish maintenance procedures and spare parts lists.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned processes.
• Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
• Work rotating shifts, nights, extended shifts, and weekends.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP.
• Collaborate with process owners to improve performance and reliability.
• Train fellow technicians and share knowledge.
• Use SPS tools for root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to equipment and department practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing to troubleshoot problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
