Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's grounds and perform preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electrical, appliances and make-readies.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and maintain physical integrity of the community.
