Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Landings at Markhams Grant in Leesylvania, VA. This role performs appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and assists the Service Manager to maintain the community.

You will handle preventative maintenance, respond to service requests promptly, and support resident functions as needed. A positive, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as needed by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.
