Job summary

The Landings at Markhams Grant is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help manage preventative maintenance and urgent repairs to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and on time.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.
